The vines with which Alessandro produces his Rosso Calbin have an average age of 16 years. The harvest is done by hand in small boxes and the fermentation is spontaneous with indigenous yeasts.
Vinified in purity, with 18 months of aging in cask, this wine is the result of a low yield per vine and a meticulous work in the vineyard with the utmost respect for the environment.
