The vines with which Alessandro produces his Rosso Calbin have an average age of 30 years. The harvest is done by hand in small boxes, the maceration of 1 week is carried out in steel tanks and the fermentation is spontaneous with indigenous yeasts.
Vinified in steel and aged in large wood for 6 months, this wine represents the essence of Tai Rosso, with its fruit and its drink. Very versatile, Rosso Calbin is suitable as an aperitif but also for throughout the meal and goes very well with Baccalà alla Vicentina.
