Enotre Delicato extra virgin olive oil is a blend obtained from two varieties of olives (cultivar in technical terms) typical of southern Italy, Carolea and Nocellara Messinese (80% / 20%).
The collection of the latter is slightly postponed (late October-early November) compared to its companion Enotre Deciso, giving a more delicate touch, with hints of grass and tomato.
The oil is extracted when the oil mill boiler is completely off, to prevent the heat from dispersing the organoleptic properties of the oil.
