This is how Daniele Piccinin introduces himself, and he knows what he is saying. The commitment, since its first steps in viticulture, is oriented to the search for the greatest possible harmony in the field, promoting a natural regeneration of the soil and intervening as little as possible, with precision and respect for natural cycles. This doing “less” is a style that requires an effort of clear will in listening to real and present nature, in the study and observation of alternative methods to what is massively proposed in conventional cultivation.
Muni is the name of the district where he rented his first vineyards, where his grandfather was born, tying the wine business to the land of his roots.
The research into packaging materials does not betray the ethics of the process, preferring sugar cane polymer caps (use of processing waste for the production of bioplastic) and labels in recycled paper, as well as using the machines only when indispensable and the electricity needed for the production cycle comes from renewable sources.
